✨ Cancellation & Appointment Policy ✨ Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can make it difficult to fill your appointment slot, so I truly appreciate your consideration and respect for my time. 🤍 Cancellations & Rescheduling 24+ hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no fee. Within 24 hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% late-cancellation fee based on the scheduled service. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, a 50% no-show fee will be charged based on the scheduled service. To book future appointments after a no-show, a non-refundable $45 deposit will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your upcoming appointment total. The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or if another no-show occurs. Running Late ⏰ I completely understand that things happen! Please reach out as soon as possible if you know you’re going to be late. A 10–15 minute grace period will be provided. Arriving beyond the grace period may result in your appointment being shortened or needing to be rescheduled so I can stay on schedule for my other clients. If your appointment needs to be canceled due to excessive lateness, the 50% late-cancellation fee may apply. Emergencies 🤍 I understand that unexpected situations and emergencies happen. Please communicate with me as soon as possible, and I will always do my best to work with you when circumstances are outside of your control.
